This critical essay («Кое-что о шрифте в типографике») is dedicated to the place and role of type in typography. Thirty unique typographic examples have been selected by the author and carefully commented on. This edition is based on the manifesto ‘25 Polemical Judgments Against Typocentrism’ published in the Type Journal; however, for the book, the text has been substantially revised, and the series of illustrations has been expanded.
